1.1 By accessing the pk8888 website at pk8888.lat, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by pk8888, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the pk8888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered pk8888 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same identity details or different ones, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances contained therein may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

3.2 The Player must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including their legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their pk8888 login credentials, including their username and password. The Player must not share login credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access the account.

3.4 pk8888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. The buying, selling, or transferring of accounts between players is strictly prohibited.

3.6 pk8888 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account relationship. The Player agrees to cooperate fully with all identity verification processes and to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame.

4.1 pk8888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to the Player's account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

4.2 All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method registered under the same name and identity details as the pk8888 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered under different names, or unverified payment methods will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be required to do so before a withdrawal is processed. pk8888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five business days where verification is pending.

4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The Company reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion, with notice provided to Players via the platform.

4.5 pk8888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Player's bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pk8888 accepts no responsibility.

4.6 The Company operates an anti-money laundering policy. Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets that are registered in the Player's own name. The Company reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that triggers an AML review. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension.

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk8888 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk8888 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

10.3 Where an account is closed or suspended following a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. The Company's decision regarding forfeiture in breach cases is final.

10.4 pk8888 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or closure where the suspension is attributable to the Player's breach of these terms.

11.2 pk8888's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pk8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

11.3 pk8888 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to third-party services including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking networks.

11.4 Nothing in these terms limits pk8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data in connection with your use of the pk8888 platform is governed by the pk8888 Privacy Policy, which is available at pk8888.lat/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

13.2 Material amendments — those that substantively affect the Player's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players at least seven days before coming into effect, via the mobile number or email address registered to the account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13.3 Where a Player objects to an amendment, they may close their account in accordance with Section 10.2 prior to the amendment coming into effect, and their verified balance will be returned. Continued play after the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk8888 holds its international gaming license. 14.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

14.5 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and pk8888 regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
